Gap Personnel is recruiting an experienced FLT Reach (D1/D2) Driver for a leading UK distribution centre in Newcastle, ST5. This permanent role offers 4 on 4 off shifts (6am–6pm), weekly pay, and on-site parking. Immediate start available.

The role involves stock checking, location control, and handballing in a fast-paced warehouse. Valid Reach license and 2+ years of FLT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach (D1/D2) license.
• Minimum 2 years proven FLT experience.
• Experience in a warehouse or fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated, organised and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Move stock using Reach Truck.
• Pick orders from pick lists and locate stock.
• Pack orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Complete daily equipment safety checks.
• Accurate completion of paperwork.
• Support wider production tasks as needed.

The Role

As an FLT Driver you’ll work in a fast‑paced, organised warehouse environment where your accuracy and teamwork make a real impact. This is not a static forklift role — you’ll be checking stock, goods and location controlling and handballing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock movement using Reach Truck
• Picking Orders from pick lists and locate stock
• Packing Orders ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace
• Completing daily equipment safety checks
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Supporting wider production tasks as needed
