Job summary

Nexus People are looking for qualified Reach Truck drivers with either their D1 or D2 licence to join our client team in Corby. Our client is a world-leading logistics provider serving a major DIY/Trade retailer.

You’ll use a Reach Truck to move pallets to and from high racking (up to 12 meters), replenish stock locations, and pick or unload pallets for outbound orders. Monday to Friday shifts, with potential overtime and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• FLT Reach Truck licence with D1 or D2; licence must be in date.
• Previous reach truck experience preferred.
• Qualifying candidate will be able to operate reach truck to move pallets and stock efficiently.

• Replenishing pick locations with stock.
• Putting away inbound stock into the correct racking locations.
• Picking full pallets for outbound orders.

Job Title: Reach Truck Driver with D1 or D2

Location: Corby

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - AM and PM shifts

Pay Rate: £14.85 to £19.75 per hour

Licence: FLT Reach with D1 or D2

About the Role

Nexus People are looking for qualified Reach Truck drivers (some previous experience is essential) with either their D1 or D2 licence to join our client team in Northampton. Our client are one of the worlds largest logistics providers, and you will be working on a site focussed on supplying service to one of the UK's best known DIY and Trade retailers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Using a Reach Truck to move palletsto and from high racking (up to 12 meters - D1 or D2 required)


• Replenishing pick locations with stock


• Putting away inbound stock into the correct racking locations


• Picking full pallets for outbound orders


• Transporting pallets safely


• Loading and unloadingtrailers

This role may also require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.
