Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing is seeking a Fluently trained FLT Reach Driver to operate Reach trucks in a busy warehouse environment near Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will perform pre-shift safety checks, accurately pick and place pallets, and transport goods to designated storage areas.

The role requires a Reach licence and prior experience with VNA/warehouse equipment, as well as reliability, punctuality and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach forklift licence (external or internal).
• Experience operating VNA/warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.

Responsibilities

Role and key responsibilities for FLT Reach Drivers

• Operate a Reach forklift truck safely within narrow aisles and high racking
• Conduct pre-shift safety checks and report any faults
• Store, pick and relocate pallets with accuracy
• Safely handle and transport goods to designated storage areas.

Minimum Requirements For FLT Reach Drivers

• An external or internal Reach licence
• Previous experience operating a VNA truck with in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Working Hours

• 5 days out of 7
• 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
• £12.98 per hour - Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
• 5 days out of 7
• Rotational shift
• 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
