Job summary

MET Recruitment UK Ltd is seeking experienced FLT Reach Drivers for an ongoing assignment at a busy Fradley Park warehouse. This role offers consistent, full-time shifts with a variety of patterns and the opportunity to join a reliable team.

You will operate a Reach Truck, load/unload goods, move stock, and help maintain high safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A valid FLT licence and previous warehouse experience are essential.

We are currently recruiting FLT Reach Drivers for an ongoing opportunity at a busy warehouse in Fradley Park.

This is a great opportunity for experienced Reach Truck drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work, with a variety of shift patterns available.

Pay Rates

£13.55 - £16.94 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

Shift Options

• Permanent Days
• Rotating Days
• Afternoons
• Permanent Nights

The Role

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Putting stock away into racking
• Picking and replenishing stock when required
• Following health & safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

• Valid Reach Truck FLT licence
• Previous warehouse/FLT experience
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working as part of a busy team
• Able to commit to your chosen shift pattern
