Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced FLT Operative at our manufacturing site in Cheadle (ST10). You will join the Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Team, handling counterbalance and Teletruk duties in the waste yard and factory areas, with a focus on reliability, safety and accuracy.

This is a permanent, full‑time, day shift role, Monday to Thursday 7am–4pm and Friday 7am–12noon, with an immediate start for candidates who value teamwork, customer service and delivering excellence.

Qualifications

• Tele-truck J5 and Counterbalance licences are essential.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouses or construction sites.
• Commitment to customer service, safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries to Pinnacle site.
• Complete and log FLT pre-use checks.
• Follow work schedule and attendance policy.
• Clean up plant operations as required.
• Move waste to the waste yard.
• Replenish stock around site.
• Attend ad-hoc requests promptly.
