Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting for an FLT Operative for long‑term work with a leading global client in the automotive industry based in Houghton Le Spring. This role offers a three‑shift pattern including Days, Lates and Nights, with immediate start and potential for permanent employment.

You will move materials around the warehouse using an FLT, follow SOPs, load and unload stock, and operate handheld scanners. An in‑date Counter Balance licence is required and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• In-date Counter Balance licence and experience is required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Moving materials around the warehouse using an FLT.
• Operating in a safe manner at all times.
• Following standard operating procedures.
• Manually feeding production lines with parts.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Use of handheld scanner.
• Adhering to strict health and safety policies at all times.
• Working within a team to ensure smooth running of the warehouse.
