Job summary

Staffline is recruiting an FLT Logistics Operator in Bradford for a temp to perm role. You will operate Forklift trucks in a fast-paced warehouse, supporting production with accurate stock movements and timely deliveries. The job offers a 4 on 4 off pattern with 12-hour shifts, 42-hour weeks, and shifts from 6am to 6pm.

Training provided, PPE supplied, and overtime opportunities exist. Applicants should have warehousing experience, computer literacy, and a proactive, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• FLT Licences Reach/Counter Balance – in-house training accepted.
• Previous experience in warehousing.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of D365 advantageous.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient service to customers via the warehouse management system.
• Work as part of a team, coordinating with other business areas.
• Ensure effective control of incoming goods and material deliveries.
• Issue materials to manufacturing plants for production.
• Maintain the D365 system for stock levels and movements.
• Ensure safe unloading of deliveries.
• Support proactive Health & Safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

FLT Logistics Operator for our client, who specialises in sweet treats including mince pies, sweet muffins and cupcake bases; and on the savoury side we make tasty garlic baguettes and garlic slices.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Logistics Operators in

Bradford

Temp to perm opportunity for successful workers!

The rate of pay is

£15.98 per hour, average 42 hours per week which comes to salary of

£34,900.32 or weekly

This is a

full-time role working 12 hour shifts, on a rota pattern comes out as

4 on 4 off across 15 weeks rotation.

The hours of work are:

• 6am and 6pm

Your Time at Work

As a FLT Logistics Operator your duties include:

• Providing accurate and efficient service to customers through the warehouse management system.


• Work as part of a team, collaborating with other business areas.


• Ensuring effective control of incoming goods and material deliveries.


• Issuing materials to manufacturing plants for continuous production.


• Maintaining the D365 system for stock levels and movements.


• Responsible for the safe unloading of deliveries.


• Supporting the development of a proactive Health & Safety environment.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the stores department's performance and people.
