Job summary

QS Recruitment are seeking Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy warehouse in Carlton, Nottinghamshire. The role offers ongoing, temporary work with regular hours, and a clear pathway to long-term employment for the right candidate.

You will move stock, load/unload vehicles, and support the warehouse team in a chilled environment. Shifts include night and morning patterns, with visa sponsorship not available. 8:00pm–4:30am or 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Sunday.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse or food production environment.
• Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience.
• Confidence lifting items up to 10kg and manual handling.
• Ability to work in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude with focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Ensuring goods are transported efficiently across the site.
• Support the wider warehouse team as needed.

ooking for a stable, ongoing warehouse role with regular hours and the opportunity for a long-term position? We’re currently recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a well-established fresh produce supplier based in Carlton, Nottinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly warehouse team, with consistent work available and the potential to secure long-term employment.

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, and ensuring goods are transported efficiently.

You’ll be working in a busy environment where safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and good organisation are essential. You’ll also be expected to work efficiently and support the wider warehouse team when required.

Duration: This role offers secure, ongoing work with regular hours and the opportunity to become a valued member of the team.

Experience & Qualifications
