Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a Counterbalance FLT Driver for a Nottingham-based warehouse role. You will transport stock around the warehouse and yard, load/unload vehicles, and help keep storage areas replenished and organized.

This temporary position offers flexible shifts (Night 20:00–04:30, Morning 06:00–14:00) with immediate starts and long-term opportunities. Visa sponsorship is not available; starting hourly rate is £12.81.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT license with practical operating experience.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 10kg.
• Willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions.
• A positive attitude, strong reliability, and a commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport stock throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Load and unload vehicles to support smooth inbound/outbound flows.
• Replenish storage areas and maintain orderly, clean workspaces.
• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse operation.
