Job summary

Randstad Group is recruiting an experienced FLT Driver for a temporary role at the DS Smith Packaging site in Hinckley. The ideal candidate holds a valid FLT Counterbalance license and reach truck experience, with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.

The role operates on 6 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM shifts, Monday to Friday, at a DS Smith site in Hinckley. The contract is initially 6 months, with potential to go permanent depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience including FLT operation.
• Valid FLT Counterbalance license (proof required).
• Experience operating reach trucks and working as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT counterbalance and reach trucks to move and stack goods.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Ensure accurate movement of goods within the warehouse and maintain a clean workspace.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
