Job summary

Novara People are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established specialist manufacturing business based in Leeds LS10.

This is a varied position working across both the warehouse and production operation, not an FLT-only role, so we’re looking for somebody who is happy to get off the truck and support with general warehouse and production duties when required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
• Able to load/unload deliveries and move stock.
• Willing to work across warehouse and production duties.

Job description

Novara People are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established specialist manufacturing business based in Leeds LS10.

This is a varied position working across both the warehouse and production operation. It is not an FLT-only role, so we're looking for somebody who is happy to get off the truck and support with general warehouse and production duties when required.

Pay & overtime rates

• Core rate: £14.00 per hour
• After 39 hours: £16.24 per hour
• Weekends & nights: £18.20 per hour
• Bank Holidays: £28.00 per hour

Overtime is an essential part of this role. Core hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, however candidates must be available to work additional hours, including longer shifts, nights and weekends when the business requires.
