Job description

Job Title: FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative for an established client based in Brigg.

Due to the location, the successful candidate must live locally or have reliable transport.

This role begins as a temporary position but may lead to a more permanent role after a period of time for the right candidate.

Location

Brigg

Shifts

Monday to Friday with a rotating pattern:

• Week 1: 6am - 2pm
• Week 2: 2pm - 10pm

Pay

£12.21 per hour

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar environment
• Experience in warehousing, production, or similar roles
• Ability to work well in a team and individually, with flexibility across departments
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
• Valid in-date FLT Licence; REACH licence is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections at the start and end of shifts, reporting and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Accurately complete all required documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently to maximize output
• Be flexible to assist across different departments as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site
