Job summary

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity for reliable, skilled drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with consistent hours.

Shift patterns include Sunday to Thursday, with night hours 22:00–06:00, paid weekly. Immediate start, duties include safe operation of FLT Counterbalance trucks, loading/unloading, and moving stock around the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Clamp attachment experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of FLT Counterbalance trucks.
• Move stock, pallets and materials around the warehouse.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Use clamp attachments when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Follow all site procedures and safety guidelines.
