Job summary

DS Smith in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Warehouse/FLT Driver for day shifts (6am–6pm) on a 4 on/4 off pattern. The temporary role focuses on safe operation of FLT counterbalances and reach trucks, loading/unloading, and efficient goods movement.

Candidates should have a valid FLT licence, warehouse experience, reliability, and strong safety awareness. Role offers temporary 3-month duration with immediate start at DS Smith, Milton Keynes.

Are you an experienced FLT Driver? Are you based in or around Milton Keynes?

We have an initially temporary role available within the DS Smith site. This role is ideal for someone with previous Warehouse experience, an FLT Counterbalance licence, reach truck experience and considers themselves to be punctual, reliable as well as proactive.

Role: Warehouse/FLT driver - Days

Shifts: X4 on and X4 off. 6am - 6pm

Pay: £15.00ph

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: DS Smith, Anderson Gate, Milton Keynes MK4 4AE

Role & Responsibilities

As a Warehouse FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklift trucks within a busy warehouse environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, from receiving to dispatch. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team committed to providing excellent service.

• Operating FLT counterbalances and reaches trucks to move and stack goods.


• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.


• Ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.
