Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is hiring a FLT Driver (Operator) in Tadcaster to support our on-site logistics and production operations. You will champion safety, follow SOPs, and operate counterbalance forklifts to move materials while ensuring accuracy in stock records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience within a production setting; ideally a Warehouse environment.
• 1 year proven experience operating Counterbalance FLT’s.
• ERP/SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Laser-focused on health and safety with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) within a warehouse environment for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Utilise Inventory Management Systems to monitor stock and ensure data accuracy.
• Focus on delivering First Time Right (FTR) on quality and processes.
• Coordinate work with peers to foster a collaborative and efficient workflow.
• Provide high standards of customer service to production areas and public customers by resolving queries.
