Job summary

Sheard Packaging is seeking an FLT Driver to join our team in the UK on a continental shift, working both days and nights. You will operate a counterbalance FLT and participate in a fast-paced production environment, with full training provided for the clamp attachment.

The role requires a current Counterbalance FLT license and at least 2 years’ experience in a busy setting. We offer on-site parking, a canteen, life insurance, and lifestyle perks to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Current Counterbalance FLT license required.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with Health & Safety rules.
• Operate a counterbalance FLT with clamp attachment; full training provided for attachment.
• Complete external FLT safety checks prior to driving.
• Locate boards from storage to delivery points and maintain production efficiency.
• Ensure paperwork is followed and boards/labels are updated when feeding machines.
