Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers for a client in Thorne, DN8 5JS, a producer of Yorkshire Puddings for food retail. Temp-to-perm opportunity with full-time hours and shifts listed. Pay rate is £14.58 - £17.22 per hour. Applicants within 15 miles of DN8 5JU are preferred.

Role demands FLT licence and warehouse experience, with flexibility for hot and cold environments and on-site canteen, parking and PPE provided. Overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packaging requirements for next production run are met.
• Move finished goods to storage areas (chilled or frozen).

• Complete daily stock counts and pick orders for despatch.
• Communicate daily orders with office staff.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, COSHH, PPE procedures.

Great opportunity for FLT Drivers to work for our client's company, which produces Yorkshire Puddings for its customer portfolio in food retail.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers in Thorne, DN8 5JS.

Temp-to-perm opportunity!

The rate of pay is £14.58 - £17.22 per hour.

This role offers full-time positions and the hours of work are:

• Role 1, Afternoons Monday-Tuesday 13:45pm to 21:45pm and Saturday - Sunday 8:00am- 20:00pm
• Role 2, Mornings Monday - Friday 05:45am - 13:45pm

Applicants within 15 miles of DN8 5JU would be perfect for this role.

Your Time at Work

• Ensure that the boxing area has all the packaging requirements for the next production run and throughout shift
• Take all finished goods out of the boxing area and put them into the chilled or frozen storage area
• Load and unload vehicles as required, and check all raw material deliveries and put them in the appropriate place for storage before use, and enter onto stock control system
• Stock rotation
• Complete daily stock count and pick orders for despatch
• Communicate with office and staff regarding daily orders
• GMP's should be practised throughout the working - clean as you go
• Completion of all paperwork as required
• Carry out cleaning tasks involving the use of chemicals
• Carry out FLT safety checks
• With finished product, checks should be made that no damaged boxes of puddings go out to the customers
• Follow site safety procedures at all times (HACCP, COSHH, PPE etc.)
• To work as part of a team ensuring production flows as smoothly as possible
• Lifting involved, manual duties, working in hot and cold areas
