Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for FLT Drivers / Warehouse Operatives with a Counterbalance FLT License to join a leading manufacturing company in the Mansfield NG18 area. The role is temp to perm with 4 days on 6am-6pm, 4 off, and 4 nights on 6pm-6am, 4 off; must be able to work both days and nights.

Pay rate starts at £13.73 per hour with overtime at £20.60 per hour after 42 hours. Responsibilities include moving goods, packing to spec, stock checks, and general warehouse duties with

Qualifications

• It is essential you hold a current RTITB or ITTSAR Counterbalance FLT license.
• At least 12 months FLT experience.
• Previous experience working in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods from production to warehouse storage.
• Wrap finished goods to customer specifications and report defects.
• Store finished goods in identified lanes and check documentation.
• Supply production with packaging materials and remove sub-standard material.
• Carry out twice-weekly packaging stock takes.
• Handle pump truck and perform general warehouse duties.

Hours & Shifts: 4 Days on 6am-6pm/ 4 off/ 4 Nights on 6pm-6am/ 4 off – must be able to work Days and Nights 6-6

Pay Rate:£13.73 per hour + overtime after 42 hours @ £20.60 per hour

As FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative you will be working in a clean, bright and modern factory environment undertaking any of the following duties:

• Transport finished goods from the Production area for storage in the Warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all finished goods entering the Warehouse are wrapped to the customers' specification and report any defects to Supervision.
• Store finished goods in the correctly identified lanes.
• Check that finished goods are loaded to the correct specified documentation.
• Supply the Production Department with the correct packaging at all times removing sub-standard material.
• Carry out an accurate, twice weekly, packaging stock take
• This role also involves handling the pump truck and general warehouse duties
