Job summary

Trinity Industrial in Cradley Heath is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a long-term temporary role. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT, load/unload vehicles, and move materials around the site while supporting deliveries and site operations.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, reliability, and the ability to work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment. Manufacturing/industrial experience is desirable.

FLT Counterbalance Driver

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy industrial/manufacturing environment on a long-term temporary basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving materials and products around the site.
• Managing deliveries and supporting the smooth running of the operation.
• Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any issues.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have previous Counterbalance FLT experience and a valid licence.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-4:30pm

Position: Long-term temporary
