Job summary

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Warehouse/FLT driver to join our globally recognised client based south of Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading organisation during an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will become part of a busy Stores and Warehouse team, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Qualifications

• Valid external FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach Truck).
• Warehouse or stores experience desirable.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily safety checks on equipment and vehicles.
• Receive, unload and store deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Check deliveries for damaged or missing items.
• Quality check products and materials.
• Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck FLTs safely and effectively.
• Load and dispatch goods accurately.
• Deliver materials to production lines in line with operational requirements.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Conduct stock counts as required.
• Ensure all lifting and manual handling activities are carried out safely.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures.
