Job summary

Empowered Personnel is recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for their Hinckley site. The role combines FLT driving with Goods In/Out, order picking and general warehouse duties in a busy environment. There may be local deliveries using the company van, with a view to permanent employment.

Initially temporary to permanent, with hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm. Salary £14.21 per hour, equivalent to around £31,393 per annum once permanent.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Able to work safely in a busy warehouse and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Unloading trailers and processing goods in/out.
• Goods In/Out, order picking, packing and despatch duties.
