Impact Recruitment is seeking a Counterbalance Driver in Northampton on a day shift. You will load and unload deliveries, scan goods, and move stock around the warehouse to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (in date or in-house training provided).
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Booking in finished goods using scanners
• Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse
• Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements
• Scanning out finished goods during loading
• Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing required PPE
