Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group is seeking experienced FLT Drivers for a nights operation in Birmingham. You will work on a fast-paced warehouse floor, moving stock, loading and unloading, and supporting the team while adhering to health and safety rules.

The first week of training will be on days with a pay rate of £13.83 per hour, followed by night shifts (19:00-03:30, 20:00-04:30, or 21:00-05:30) depending on the roster. A valid FLT licence is essential and reliability is key.

Formación

• A valid and in-date FLT licence is essential.
• Previous FLT driving experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Night Shift

First week of training will be on Days at a pay rate of £13.83

Monday to Friday

• 19:00 - 03:30
• 20:00 - 04:30
• 21:00 - 05:30

The Role

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and operational areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Supporting warehouse operations during busy periods
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Working as part of a busy and fast-paced team

What We're Looking For

• A valid and in-date FLT licence is essential
• Previous FLT driving experience is preferred
• Experience working within a busy warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong understanding of health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
