Job summary

Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group is seeking experienced FLT Drivers for a night shift in Birmingham. The role involves forklift operations, stock movement, and loading/unloading goods within a fast-paced warehouse.

Training is on days for the first two weeks at £13.83 per hour, followed by a night-rate of £16.03 per hour. Candidates should hold a valid FLT licence and be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

FLT Driver - Nights Available | Birmingham

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Night Shift: First 2 weeks of training on days at a pay rate of £13.83

Monday to Friday

• 19:00 - 03:30
• 20:00 - 04:30
• 21:00 - 05:30

£16.03 per hour

The Role

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and operational areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Supporting warehouse operations during busy periods
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Working as part of a busy and fast-paced team

What We're Looking For

• A valid and in-date FLT licence is essential
• Previous FLT driving experience is preferred
• Experience working within a busy warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous
