Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting on behalf of Cranswick Convinience Food, a Hull-based leader in food manufacturing. This FLT Counterbalance Driver role in food processing offers consistent shifts and long-term career potential.

Working days are 6am–6pm on a 4 on/4 off cycle, with weekly pay and onsite facilities. A strong team environment and reliable, detail‑oriented performance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid FLT counterbalance license.
• Must hold full UK driving licence.
• Experience in food production is beneficial but not required.
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Completing daily order and pick requirements.
• Stock rotation and dispatching finished stock.
• Loading and unloading vehicles as instructed.
• Communicate stock shortages to the Area Leader after completing orders.
• Ensure daily targets are met and complete paperwork.

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £14.26

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off - days

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued and long-standing client Cranswick Convinience Food, a leading food manufacturer based in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced food production environment with long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing daily order / pick requirements
• Stock rotation
• Dispatching finished stock
• Loading and unloading vehicles as instructed
• Communicating any stock shortages to the Area Leader after completing the orders of each customer
• Ensuring daily targets are met
• Completion of paperwork

Shift Patterns :

Days 4on 4off - 6am till 6pm

What We're Looking For:

• Must hold VALID FLT counterbalance license
• Must hold full UK driving license
• Experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not required
• Comfortable working in chilled conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
