Job summary

Igloo Ltd is recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a busy Daventry warehouse. The role combines forklift operation, stock handling, and general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced logistics setting.

You will load/unload, scan goods, and assist with daily administration while maintaining high safety standards. On-site parking and weekly pay accompany a permanent logistics operation.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate.
• Experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Reliable and punctual with good paperwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Check pick sheets and ensure goods are processed correctly.
• Scan bikes onto voyages using internal systems.
• Carry out general warehouse duties and keep areas clean and organised.
• Litter picking and housekeeping when required.
• Manual handling duties, including moving white goods with a scan truck.
• Support wider warehouse operations with ad hoc duties.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
