People Solutions are seeking an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client in Skelmersdale. The role offers £13.00 per hour, Mon-Fri shifts, and ongoing work with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include operating a Counterbalance Truck, loading/unloading, stock checks, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Immediate starts available with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Valid RTITB or ITSSAR counterbalance licence.
• In-house licences considered for right candidates.
• Experience with double decker loading.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good spatial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, reliable and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods.
• Receive and book goods into the warehouse.
• Check incoming and outgoing stock for quantity and quality.
• Organise stock ready for dispatch.
• Move stock to correct warehouse locations.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Skelmersdale.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.00 per hour, Monday to Friday working hours, ongoing work, weekly pay, immediate starts and genuine opportunities for long-term progression within a busy warehouse environment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Counterbalance Truck Driver, FLT Operator or Forklift Truck Driver.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• 11:00am - 7:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse

Essential Skills

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working as an FLT Counterbalance Driver within a warehouse environment

Training Provided

• FLT assessment prior to starting work
