Job summary

Manpower is recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Driver for an ongoing role based in Doncaster. The position offers two shifts: mornings 6:00–15:30 and afternoons 11:30–20:30, with weekend-free schedule on weekdays.

Paid at £15.02 per hour, plus an unsociable uplift of £2.73 per hour for all hours worked after 6pm. On-site parking and full training are provided by Manpower.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Truck licence – ITSAR or RTITB.
• Experience in warehouse operations and goods handling.
• Flexible, safety-conscious and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Offload and check inbound/outbound goods and locate items.
• Verify goods against dispatch docs and quantities.
• Load goods onto delivery vehicles and assist with other duties.

Site Location: Doncaster, DN10 6
Pay rate: £15.02, + unsociable top of £2.73 for all hours worked after 6pm
Shift times: Monday - Friday
2 x positions on mornings - 6am - 3.30pm
2 x positions on afternoons - 11.30am - 20.30
Manpower has an exciting opportunity to recruit a Forklift Counterbalance Operative to work on an ongoing basis.
Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Offload and check all inbound/outbound goods, including scanning and locating items in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify goods against dispatch documentation, ensuring product codes and quantities are correct.
• Load goods and pallets onto delivery vehicles (Rigids/Artics).
• Assist with any other reasonable requests from management.

Requirements

• Flexible approach to work.

• Previous warehouse experience.
