Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a site in Castleford, West Yorkshire. This long-term ongoing role offers consistent hours, with a view to permanent employment.

You will be responsible for loading/unloading, FLT operation, yard shunting and general warehouse tasks, with 4 on/off nights from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Weekly pay, on-site parking, tea/coffee, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Double handler experience preferred.
• Must pass on-site assessment and interview.
• Reliable and hardworking with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload palletised goods safely.
• Operate FLT to move stock around yard and warehouse.
• Perform yard and shunting duties and vehicle movements.
• Assist with daily site operations and manual handling.

Manpower is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. What You'll Be Doing

• Loading & Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment
• FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse
• Yard & Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised
• General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: £676.75(before tax)
• Overtime Rates:
  • £15.57 (weekday overtime)
  • £17.01 (Saturday)
  • £20.76 (Sunday)
