Job summary

Iron Mountain in Rugby is seeking a full-time Operations Labour Planner to translate volume forecasts into daily staffing plans. You will audit data across multiple Time & Attendance systems and collaborate with Operations, HR and external vendors to reallocate labor and resolve billing disputes.

The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse operations, data analytics, and internal audit controls. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and data integrity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operational logic, Time & Attendance (T+A) systems, and internal audit control frameworks.
• Proven ability in variance reporting, advanced data analytics, and complex problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand integration and labor management by translating volume forecasts into daily plans and auditing data across three T+A platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, HR, and vendors to reallocate labor, resolve billing disputes, and optimize throughput.
