Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Floor Trainer at our Belle Eau Park depot in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role supports the Training Coordinator to ensure all employees receive required training aligned with regulatory standards.

You will deliver sessions on HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE, and monitor performance to promote a safety-first culture. You will manage the training matrix, maintain records, and assist with investigations from a training perspective.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace training in a logistics or warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions across Health & Safety, Food Safety, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE.
• Monitor on-the-floor employee performance ensuring safety procedures are followed and provide coaching.
• Maintain site training matrix and training records in line with legal requirements.
• Assist investigations from a training perspective following incidents or near-misses.
