Job summary

Daisy Green Collection in London is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy dining room and support the management team with day-to-day operations. You will train and motivate the floor team, ensure exceptional service, and help drive sales while delivering a memorable guest experience.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join our existing team at Margot Green. in Clapham Old Town.

WHO WE ARE:
The Daisy Green Collection brings relaxed and buzzing Australian food and coffee culture to London. Through individually designed cafes and restaurants, we create iconic spaces that become local destinations and meeting points for our surrounding residents, workers and visitors.

Our food is carefully sourced and cooked in house from scratch. Menus are inspired by our founders, Prue Freeman, childhood at home on her sheep farm and hot summers on the beach. Food combines simple fresh Mediterranean ingredients with POPs of Asian flavours and textures. There is an overriding sense of freshness, quality and simplicity.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic Floor Supervisor who has previous experience in a high volume restaurant environment. The Floor Supervisor will support the Management team in day to day operations, organising & training your floor team, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and creating a great dining experience.
