Job summary

Emilia's Crafted Pasta in London is seeking an energetic Front of House floor supervisor for a full-time role. You will lead front-of-house teams, uphold service standards, and help guests enjoy a warm, memorable dining experience with a family-style atmosphere.

The position offers mixed shifts and a rotating weekly rota. Salary is £16.21 per hour plus service charges and tips, with bonuses and free staff meals. Full training provided and opportunities for career progression within the team.

• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the service process and principles are followed by all waiters and waitresses.
• Ensuring that new waiting staff are trained according to the company training systems.
• Ensuring all food and drink is checked prior to serving to our guests and that it has been prepared to the highest quality level.
• Taking responsibility for the appearance of the front of house area.
