Job summary

ROKA Canary Wharf is seeking an enthusiastic Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in a premium, high-volume dining environment. You will ensure every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome and a seamless service experience from arrival to departure.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll inspire a large team to maintain ROKA’s renowned standards, thriving in a fast-paced setting while delivering exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Head Waiter in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to train and motivate a large service team in a fast-paced setting.
