Job summary

B&M Retail Limited at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim, is hiring a Floor Supervisor to support the Floor Manager and help deliver top store standards for customers. This permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week) requires flexibility to cover daytime, evenings and weekends.

You will lead and motivate the team, provide training, ensure excellent customer service, and help keep store operations compliant with legal requirements, while contributing to a lively, welcoming

We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim!

This is a permanent, part time role offering 24 hours per weekand will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
