The Role

As a member of the floor team, your role will include:

1. Providing consistently excellent customer service.
2. Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, serving customers, liaising with kitchen staff and cleaning down after service.
3. Promoting sales to ensure customer spend is maximised.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in a similar role.
2. A great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
3. Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
