Job summary

Clays in Birmingham is seeking motivated Floor Team members to help deliver our competitive socializing experience and Food & Beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment, with training and opportunities to progress toward leadership.

This role requires weekend and late-night flexibility, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Passion for hospitality and creating amazing guest experiences.
• Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not essential.
• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in a professional manner with high level of customer service.
• Perfect execution of our service wheel.
• Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their food and drinks.
• Present the F&B Kiosk and show guests how to use it.
• Collaborate with bar, host and kitchen staff in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety policies.
• Execute private and corporate events.
• Complete curriculum of the Clayers Academy.
• Be a brand champion and uphold expectations and delivery at all times.
