Job summary

Clays is hiring for a Floor Team (servers) to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to uphold high standards, training through Clayers Academy, and potential leadership growth within the business.

We value motivated individuals with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverage in a professional manner with high level of customer service.
• Execute our service wheel to ensure consistency.
• Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their food and drinks.
• Present and demonstrate our F&B Kiosk to guests.
• Collaborate with bar, host and kitchen staff calmly and professionally.
• Aim for best customer satisfaction and handle private/corporate events.
