Clays in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Bar Team member to produce and serve drinks at high volume in a fast-paced, theatre-like setting. You will craft and present our innovative cocktail menu and support private events, working closely with kitchen and floor teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a cocktail/bar setting.
• Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced venue.
• Experience in high-volume bars is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drinks.
• Committing drink & food specifications to memory.
• Engaging with our products and offering.
• Execution of private and corporate events.
• Delivering uniform drinks as per Clays guidelines.
• Communicating the business and technology to our guests.
