We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Porter to join our Accommodation Services Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. You will deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues. We value positive energy and aim to build a diverse community where careers are nurtured.

As a Floor Porter, your main duties will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining all public, back-of-house, and office areas, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
• Assisting with department deliveries, including receipt, checking, and storage of orders
• Reporting equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues to management
• Training new starters when required
• Performing other duties as assigned by the management team
• Following procedures in line with LQA standards

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
