COS is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Kings Road store in London. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, coach Sales Advisors, analyse performance and ensure flawless store presentation in line with brand standards.

In this full-time role, you’ll manage daily operations, contribute to recruitment and onboarding, and act as a brand ambassador while supporting a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with proven ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience leading and motivating retail teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high level of customer service through styling advice and expert product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture talent, contributing to development plans for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as brand ambassador, delivering best possible experience for customers.
• Step into Store management when required to ensure continuity.
