Job summary

COS is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Kings Road store in London. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, coach Sales Advisors, analyse performance and ensure flawless store presentation in line with brand standards.

In this full-time role, you’ll manage daily operations, contribute to recruitment and onboarding, and act as a brand ambassador while supporting a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as brand ambassador, delivering best possible experience for customers.
• Step into Store management when required to ensure continuity.

As a Floor Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating excellent customer experiences that go beyond the expected. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge, and an engaging store experience
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards
• Support recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and training for new team members
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that support team progression

Job Details

This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week, based in our Cos, Kings Road store.
