Qualifications

• Background in retail sales and styling.
• Experience in premium or luxury fashion.
• Strong retail operations and admin experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Lightspeed a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Styling customers one to one with fit expertise.
• Manage in-store stock and reporting.
• Support in-store events and customer outreach.
• Maintain compliance logs and supplier paperwork.
• Run system audits and support stocktakes in Lightspeed.
• Lead health & safety checks with Store Manager.
• Work closely with Store Manager and Owner.
