Chickpea is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the front of house, delivering brilliant hospitality alongside the GM and AGM while helping to guide and develop the team. You’ll set the standard and ensure every guest experiences warmth and attentive service.

This role offers real progression within Chickpea; you’ll coach, support and inspire the Front of House team, lead by example, and help build a positive, energetic culture where guests feel valued.

We’re looking for a Floor Manager to join GM and AGM to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while helping lead and develop the team.

What you’ll do

• Lead the floor and set the standard for brilliant hospitality


• Make every guest feel welcome, valued and looked after


• Support Joe and Alice with the day-to-day running of the pub


• Coach, support and develop the Front of House team


• Help create a positive, energetic and supportive team culture


• Lead by example and demonstrate Chickpea’s values every day


• Notice the small things and take action before they become big things


• Take ownership of service and help the team deliver consistently high standards


• Support with training, inductions and developing future leaders


• Take responsibility for the pub when required
