The Pembroke Arms in Salisbury is seeking a Floor Manager to join GM and AGM to deliver exceptional hospitality and lead the front of house.

You will guide the team, drive guest experience, develop talent, and uphold Chickpea style of service with ownership and hands-on leadership.

We’re looking for a Floor Manager to join GM and AGM to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while helping lead and develop the team.
