Job summary

The PIG at Harlyn Bay is seeking a self-motivated Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor to lead a busy restaurant service, driven by teamwork and hospitality. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional operations in a dynamic guest-centered environment.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a busy restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a busy restaurant is required.
• Excellent communication and people management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager.
• Supervise team performance to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
• Support the Restaurant Manager during busy service periods.
