Job Description

The opportunity.

As a Floor Manager, you will provide an exceptional level of one-to-one service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed expectations. You will possess a passion for beauty and delivering a world-class client experience. You will coach and develop team members, ensure brand standards are maintained, and operational tasks are completed. The role offers eligibility for basic and enhanced commissions on sales, retail incentives, and a generous employee product discount. Ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities for progression are provided.

The responsibilities.

  • Provide a luxury selling experience, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise in beauty
  • Confidently demonstrate and recommend products to achieve sales targets
  • Drive and meet individual and team sales objectives and KPIs
  • Stay passionate about industry trends
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through training and self-education
  • Engage proactively with clients to build loyalty
  • Inform clients about new ranges, products, and in-store events
  • Plan and deliver in-store events in collaboration with the store and brands
  • Maintain high visual standards in displays and presentation
  • Adhere to grooming policies and maintain personal grooming standards
  • Support stock counts and operational duties
  • Promote the brand positively and support team members
  • Develop strong relationships with brand representatives
  • Participate actively as a team player to achieve store objectives
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Uphold company culture and values
