Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coach Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, set SMART goals, and review performance
• Collaborate with the Section Manager to monitor delivery and improve key areas
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations to meet customer demands
• Maintain high safety standards, working with the Safety team on routines and procedures
• Review weekly labour plans, address issues, and develop solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to support strategic activities
• Support culture change initiatives and reduce turnover

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Customer-focused operational management
• Resilient, flexible, approachable
• Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
