Job Description

The opportunity
As a Floor Manager / Department Manager, you will provide an exceptional, personalized service to our customers, leveraging excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire and exceed expectations. A passion for fashion and delivering a world-class client experience is essential. You will coach and develop team members, ensure brand standards are maintained, and all operational tasks are completed. This role offers eligibility for basic and enhanced sales commissions, a retail incentive scheme, and a generous employee product discount. Ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities are provided.

The responsibilities

  • Provide a luxury selling experience, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise.
  • Confidently demonstrate products and make recommendations to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive and meet individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and industry trend awareness.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through training and self-education.
  • Engage proactively with clients to foster loyalty and inform them about new ranges, products, and events.
  • Plan and deliver in-store events in collaboration with the store and brands.
  • Maintain high visual standards and store presentation.
  • Adhere to grooming policies and maintain personal grooming standards.
  • Support stock counts and operational duties.
  • Promote the brand positively and support the store team as a leader and role model.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Participate actively in team activities and ensure policy compliance.
  • Champion company culture and values.
