Job summary

Il Bambini Club, opening at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, seeks a Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team with a warm, energetic approach across day and night service. You will ensure safe, seamless operations, manage reservations, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires passion for hospitality, a proactive attitude, and the ability to bring out the best in a diverse team within a vibrant London venue.

Responsibilities

• Ensure H&S compliance for each shift.
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team.
• Coordinate and run the reservations system.
• Draft floor plan based on covers.
• Assist with stock and ordering for Food & Beverage.
• Train staff on wine, food and beverage menus.
• Handle cash and daily revenues per SOPs.
• Oversee service on the floor and bar.
• Ensure safe opening/closing of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus and availability.

We’re looking for a Floor Manager to be part of our opening team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club. Il Bambini Club is bringing its joyful trattoria spirit from Paris to London! We’re looking for a Floor Manager who can lead the team in delivering warm, seamless service and keep the floor buzzing with energy and charm, day and night.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S compliant for each shift
• Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team
• Coordinating and running the reservations system
• Drafting Floor plan based on covers
• Supporting the Restaurant AGM with Food & Beverage stock; ordering, stock counts
• Support the Restaurant AGM on training of wine, food and beverage menus
• Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOP’s
• Responsible for the service on the floor and bar
• Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Working with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability
